Developers Anthology owns the site, in Ferry Lane, just past Tottenham Hale station, and are holding a public consultation about the plans, in which local residents can get their ideas on how the new place should look.
The original plans were for an 18-story residential tower block, but nothing else happened. The fear is that on top of the (thankfully refused) Hale Wharf development, the immediate area, like most of Tottenham, will become even more overcrowded.
Whether you live in Hale Village or if you are just concerned about this latest development proposal, you can go the consultation, which takes place at:
Unit 3B Ground Floor, Emily Bowes Court, Lebus Street N17 9FD (off Ferry Lane, next to ‘the gym‘, nearest buses 41, 123, 230 and W4) on the following dates:
- Wednesday 7th December 5pm-9pm
- Saturday 10th December 11am-3pm
If you are unable to attend, there is a website AnthologyTottenhamHale.London, where you can see the plans.
