Transport for London is inviting local residents to have their say in plans to carry out environmental improvements to the part of Tottenham High Road covering the Bruce Grove area. Residents and traders in and around the immediate area should have been given a letter highlighting the changes.
According to TFL, the proposals include:
- Improvements to pedestrian facilities and the town centre environment.
- Changes to off-peak loading/unloading facilities on the High Road.
- Opportunities for planting or creation of greener spaces.
- Changes to bus stops serving buses going northbound (affecting 123, 149, 243, 259, 279, 318, 341, 349, 476, and W4).
If you wish to comment on the proposals, you need to visit this page on the Transport for London website: https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/roads/bruce-grove/ , or write to them at FREEPOST TFL CONSULTATIONS.
The closing date for this consultation is Wednesday 7th December 2016.
